Eat a plant-based diet

Plant-based foods include a wide variety of delicious foods, such as fruits and vegetables; whole grains like wheat, oats, barley, and quinoa; nuts and seeds; tea; spices like turmeric, ginger, garlic, cilantro and basil; and soy foods.
