to her waistband and her black nails to her sleek new bob. “I’m excited to be here to support Rihanna, I’m a friend of hers,” said cheerleading Hero Hayden Panettiere as she moved to the dancehall reggae being spun by Rihanna’s tour DJ, Max Glazer. But it was Jay-Z who summed the entire evening. “We’re at the top of the charts, top of the world and that’s a fantastic feeling,” the rap mogul declared.
