With shelter….even the most vulnerable bird can sing.
There once was an incredibly rich man who commissioned two talented artists for a project. The rich man explained that he would pay one million dollars to the artist who was able to paint the perfect picture of “peace”.

Several months later, both artists returned with their paintings. The first was the most beautiful image of the sun shining down on fields of glorious flowers, while in the background a rainbow stretched over a tranquil blue lake…it was indeed a “peaceful” picture. The rich man commended the artist for his work and then turned his attention to the second painting.

Every year, high in the San Bernardino mountain range of Southern California, five acres of beautiful daffodils burst into bloom. Amazingly, this special spot, known as “The Daffodil Garden,” was planted by one person, Gene Bauer, one bulb at a time, beginning in 1958.
