Papaya Ice Cream Patch
 

INGREDIENTS :

• 2 small Papayas (papaws) ( about 3 inches in diameter)

• Rum raisin ice cream

• caramel

• 4 tablespoons of nutmeg

.

METHOD:

1. Slice Papayas (papaws) in half.

2. Scoop out seeds with a spoon.

3. Place the 4 halves upright in the center of their own dessert plates

4. Add a large scoop of ice cream in the center of each Papaya (papaw).

5. Pour warm caramel over the Ice Cream & around Papaya (papaw).

6. Dust with nutmeg & serve immediately

7. Serves 4
