Net Miles Of Smiles

It had been seven months since our vehicle broke down.

It went down on Christmas Eve. We had a shade tree mechanic
look at it and he gave us bad news: He thought it was going
to be expensive and needed to be done in the shop.

We had no money to even have it looked at, so it sat for seven
months. We had to borrow vehicles from family members to make
it through.

We prayed so hard for God to help us get the money to fix it

and believed He would. The more we prayed, the more road blocks
came. Still we kept praying to no avail. The stress was getting
to us bad and we were getting nowhere.

Then, out of the blue and in a short period of time we got
a brand new car. As we drove off the lot, I had a MountainWings
Moment.
.

It dawned on me that we had been praying wrong. All this time
we prayed for the repair money and never for a new car.
