PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania:
Edwin Allen High School turned in a magnificent display to record double victories while capturing Championship of Americas titles at the Penn Relays at the University of Pennsylvania, Franklin Field, yesterday.
The quartet of Nikita Tracey, Amoy Blake, Shashawna French and Ristananna Tracey clocked 3:41.25 to lead their team to victory in the girls’ 4×400 metres relay.
Holmwood (3:41.72) and Manchester High 3:41.76 finished second and third, respectively, while Vere Technical, the other Jamaican team in the final, was disqualified.

She clocked 54.1 seconds on her anchor leg, her second brilliant effort, following that in the 4×800 metres.
Ristananna was duly named the Most Outstanding high school female relay athlete of the meet.

THE YEAR was 1976 when a series of catastrophic events shook the reality of Paul Harding before finally directing him to an experience that forever redefined his life.

First, there was the letter that came by special delivery. He couldn’t read, so he gave it to the person he thought was “the brightest person in the world”. The problem was, she did not tell him what the letter said, instead, she kept sending him away to come back. Quality Vs. Quantity
We live in an age of quantity. The media shapes us with the notion that larger, faster, and more are often synonymous with better. We are told that we need to find more time, more possessions, and more love to be truly happy. A smaller quantity of anything that is high in quality will almost always be more satisfying. A single piece of our favorite chocolate or a thin spread of freshly made preserves can satisfy us more than a full bucket of a product that we arenʼt very fond of. Similarly, one fulfilling experience can eclipse many empty moments strung together. It is not the quantity of time that matters, but the quality that you experience during each moment. Every minute is an opportunity to love yourself and others, develop confidence and self-respect, and exhibit courage.
