There are seasons of life and sufferings of the heart
that God will allow for His own;
Where the pain is almost too heavy to bear
for the garden of tears that are sown.
But little do we know about the future itself
other than Christ will hold tight to the redeemed.
And that God will have a way of always being faithful
no matter how hard that it seemed.
For He brings us through trials to test our faith
and filter off what doesn’t belong.
In the end we realize that God is truly God
and our weakness is what makes us strong.
God brings us through hardships that threaten to break us

Mary was almost crazy with her three young kids. She
complained to her best friend Judy, “They’re driving me
nuts! They give me no rest! I’m half way to the funny farm!”

“What you need,” said Judy, “is a playpen.”

Praying Wrong

It had been seven months since our vehicle broke down.
.
It went down on Christmas Eve. We had a shade tree mechanic
look at it and he gave us bad news: He thought it was going
to be expensive and needed to be done in the shop.
.
We had no money to even have it looked at, so it sat for seven
months. We had to borrow vehicles from family members to make
it through.
.
We prayed so hard for God to help us get the money to fix it

Did you know that your money likely has traces of cocaine on it?

A study by Jack Demirgian of the Argonne National Laboratory
revealed that a full 78% of the currency circulating in Miami and
other major US cities carries trace amounts of cocaine. That’s
probably true elsewhere, too.
.
They were only looking for cocaine, but I wonder what else might be
found on the bills? Maybe fast-food products, such as frying grease,
mustard or teriyaki sauce? Tea or coffee? And how about rouge or
lipstick from purses and lint from pockets? Perhaps ink from a leaky
pen? I’ve found more indistinguishable stains on some of my money
than I care to think about.

What’s more, we’re told that if they look closely enough, they can
even learn something about where your money has been. To the store.
To the beach. Even hidden beneath a mattress.

Just about anything that comes into contact with money leaves a bit
